It is Doollo not Doolow. Doollo consists of cities like Wardheer, Caado, Qoriile, Wa-afdhuug, Ubataale, Gar-loogube, Galaadi, Bookh, Dhudub and so on. As for Ilka-Yars in ONLF, I heard that there are few Reer Cismaans. Remember the Reer Cismaans in Doollo are part of Makaahiil as they don't want to have anthing to do with Ilka-Yars.
