You didnt comprehend by what I meant SNM created the USC. The main leader of the USC was pursuaded to come to Somalia and start another front by the Abdiraxman Tuur and Sii laanyo while he was in India after he was deported from his own country. Offcourse both movements have to credited with their collective effort, but if we were to say which movement did the most important work, then SNM.

a. they weakened the regime.
b. they made it able that the usc get Caydiid to lead another front in somalia.


Now, as far as the SNM being a masakin, well what made it able that USC could chase out the Siyad Barre regime in 2 weeks from Muqdisho?

Thats a damn lie. Morgan had complete control of the forces in Woqooyi, and by that time MSB was pretty much out of the mix and he even publically on radio announced that he gave up control of the armed forces and his defense minister portfolio. I know first hand because I had relatives who were in the SNA go up to MSB to get papers signed and he would tell them to go to Cali Samatr because the defense ministry portfolio was given to him exlusively. Morgan acted on his own accord.
