I am thinking of writing an in-depth article about silence of the international community including the muslim world about the indifference shown to the suffering of the Somali people both in Ethiopia and within Somalia. Tell me in all honesty, why we Somalis should question the indifference the Muslim or non-Muslim world has shown to the suffering of innocent Somalis, when we have plenty of fellow Somalis who either support these Ethiopians and their warlords or seem to care less about their fellow Somalis.


If we Somalis stand together to condemn this atrocities than the world will stand with us, but since Somalis aren’t showing much concern over this why should the world?

Can we talk about the silence that is coming from the Somalis themselves?
