Quite honestly, and unfortunately, this forum is like real life, Allies and Enemies. You cannot appoint some one to do job without guide line and written rules. For example if some one's post was deleted the moderator should present evident what rule # that the person violated. If you ban a person also present the rules that were violated. You cannot just appoint some one and leave them to use their own commonsense and their own rules. Rules and regulations should be unified. Otherwise there will be grouping and some people will feel they were mistreated.

UK Mods are not limited to just the UK section, they can moderate all forums, including the general.

Algebra has a good point. The guidelines we have should be implemented by the moderator no matter what...

But I have a question though...How about if it is the moderator himself?herself who is breaking these rules?
