Basically, the drawing is talking about how as the Ethios are shelling civilians, instead of the Shabab's trying to protect them, they are not and are actually being hypocritical by making people see them are freedom fighters and civilian protecters. I disagree with Mr.Amir on this art and think its utterly rubbish.
