No, Somalinet is a privately owned company that can make whatever rules it wants. Just like you could throw me out of your house for talking crap about your mother. Somalinet doesn't have to operate by the principle of free speech. Free speech is granted to citizens, not private companies. If a company wants to prohibit free speech, it's their prerogative to do so.
