Weren't you the one who said that the Khawarij are not bad? Who in the world would take anything you say? Your one of those young zealous muslims that read a verse of the Quran and try to interpet in your own way. Seek knowledge of the religion.

The khawarij are not bad. Loool. Subhanallah.
I finished read the exchange you brought and while ignoring the authenticity of it, these are some points I received from it.

TWO differentiations of jihad:

1. Jihad firdll Kifaya--no permission from amiir

2. Jihad firdl Cayn--permission from amiir

According to the exchange, Sheikh Albani said that no Amiir is needed for Jihad firdl Kifaya and that groups of Muslims can go and do Jihad whereas in Jihad firdl Cayn they need an amiir to lead them.

How did you ignore this?

In today's world where Muslims are divided into nationalities and groups and they need to protect themselves from aggression, Sheikh Al bani says that groups can go and do lawful Jihad (Jihad firdl Kifaya) WITHOUT permission from a Muslim Caliph. This means Somalis can do Jihad against Ethiopians, Kashmiris can do Jihad against Indians, Chechens can do Jihad against Russia, etc since they are facing aggression towards their groups and not necessarily aggression against the whole Muslim world which would require Jihad firdl Cayn.

Funny how you ignored that part of the exchange you brought.

This shows that you usually didin't read what the sheikh stated. He said that Jihad-Ayn needs an Amir and if there is no Amir than stated the Hadith of the prophet:

[hadith narrated in bukhari , Kitab al-manaqib, hadith #3338 hadith says When people were asking the prophet about the goodness, i was asking about the evil in fear that it may get to me, so I asked "oh prophet of Allah we were in jahiliyah then Allah brought this goodness, will there be any evil after it?" the prophet said "yes there will", I said "will there be goodness after it?" he said "yes and it has some impurities" i asked "and what are its impurities?" he SAW said " people who guide without my guidance, you know of them and deny." I asked "is there evil after this goodness?" he said "yes, there will be preachers who preach for the doors of hellfire, whoever answers them they throw him into hellfire" so i said "oh prophet of Allah, describe them for us" he SAW said "they are from u and they speak from our language." so i asked "what should I do if i witness that?" the prophet SAW said "stick with the group of Muslims and their leader" i asked "what if they had no leader?" he said "if they had no leader or imam, then leave all these groups even if you had to bite on a tree until your death."]

This hadith the prophet said if there is no Amir than leave all thes groups even if you had to bite on a tree until your death. So the prophet advise us that if there is no Leader we must stay away from all these groups. So I will take the advise of the prophet not koronto's.
you said without a leader..But what abou Omar Al-Bagdad in the Iraq, or Mullah Omar of the Taliban. Are they not seen as rightfull muslim leaders??
