No1. Birthdays are non-islamic and for you to be having a 'party' is haram in itself.
No2. You can not be near Alcohol. It is totally haram. For you to be setting up an event to provide for them (not necessarily directly) is haraam. For you to be even on the same table as someone drinking it is sinful upon you. For the one who is not bothered about his friends drinking it is also sinful. There is a hadith that the nabi (saw) says everyone is sinful, from the person who is witnessing it, the person helping it, to the person doing it etc..
No3. It doesnt matter if they are Non-Muslim. The Quran and Sunnah from Allah are for All MANKIND, therefore, everyone. If it is haram for the muslim it is something Allah dislikes for the non belivers also. ...If you get that? lol
