simple solution to a stupid problem

1. somaliland and somalia should reconcile and unite( not that somaliland ever existed, no offence).
2. clan-based rivalry and politics should be outlawed, we are muslims lets behave like it for once.
3.abdilahi yussuf and his cronies should be shot as a traitors and war criminals.
4. shariah law should be established in all of somalia for proper justice and equality.
5. a pact should bee signed by all the clans of somalia to encourage peace and well being, and to share power like proper muslims. anyone who breaks this pact well be seen as an enemy disturbing the peace and should be delt with swiftly and effectively.
6. qaad should be imported less and eventually stopped, its haram, simple.
patrols keep it i check.
7. democracy should be scrapped, and a religious leader installed, answerable to all for his actions.
8. and lastly the invasion of ethiopia and eritrea, by playing one against the other. which should be easy since they hate each others guts.

Not a bad idea. Khat being banned altogether at once is a really stupid idea that will never work.

Because many people have tried it before and it did not work. It only brought about new rebel groups being formed and the ruling administration losing support from large groups of the population. It is like banning alcohol in America.......it just wont work.
