Abaayo as the old school says..Shaydaanka iska naar! What ever you do, don't try to talk to the person you are angry with right now...First calm down..People are different, some do the tasbiix, some people listen music, some people just drive etc Whatever works for you do it...

Dadbaa iska jecel inay dadka foofka ka jiidhaan...There are sad/evil people in this world who love and enjoy to make other people angry..Don't let anyone do that to you...I know it is easy to say that but keep that in mind..They are not worth it...Good luck abaayo.
