Thats down to HA greed and samroon oppertunism,a small error that wil be rectified in the up coming elections.The only part of the somaliland economy ethoipia controls is the port,this will be changed with a new adminstration.
Without ethoipia military puntland would be a hawyie safari park.Ethoipian military is what allows puntland to see the light of tomorrow.Its your only friend in the whole of east africa.
