Djibouti is great compared to Somalia, but it only has the port going for it. The city itself looks no different than Xamar pre-civil war.

The port is still incredible though, but there is little more outside of it.

I wonder why the French didn't develop it to the level of its other colonies -- like the Ivory Coast (stunning)?
