I stopped eating Icecream, drinking Soda and eating cookies. I eat them at wedding or parties but I'm not gonna buy them and eat them daily.
I have been in America long time and I have seen what those foods could do to you -if eat them on daily basis--from daibetes, to obesity to heart-attack -its not worth it!

Eat your fruits and vegetables daily, eat chicken or fish instead of beef, eat your grains and fiber and your vatimin fruit drinks instead of Soda. and you gonna be healthy and energetic!
stop drinking fur-gaduud milk too and switch to fur-baluug!

soomaali's alwayz got something new to say about everything, so now my mom drinks organic milk she doesn't trust the blue-lid either. i swear it tastes like water though :(

well, the only time i really drink milk is with my cheerios in the mornin. other then that i eat yogart to get my calcium so i shouldn't b too worried
