Even though I am a careful person, still I always feel guilty if I wrong someone...I really feel bad... But It does not heal unless I try to mend my mistakes...You just can't move on without doing something about it..

Saying sorry is one way of doing it if you wronged someone.
Asking Allaahs forgiveness is another if you sinned...But asking Allaah's fogiveness or Towbah should be genuine one...and not repeating it again.. etc etc..

But move on is not enough walaal...Haddaad wax walba walaaqato oo tidhaahdo I am moving on it is not right...Correct your mistakes if you can...
