Tigrey Nurse Laments Zenawi's Somalia Adventure

She was telling me about how many of their troops have died, become maimed in Somalia. She explained how her brother who is an officer is avoiding leaving for Somalia due to the horror inflicted on the Ethiopians. There have been cases of Ethiopian officers mainly Tigrey being shot in the back by the conscripts mainly Oromo, Gambella, Somali, Sidamo, etc. Desertion is also very high with Oromos and Somalis fleeing the front & making their way to Kenya or Yemen.

Among the Tigrey, there is a growing opposition to Meles Somalia adventure.
