Can someone please explain to me if you are suppose to pay zakat in money that you earn i.e salary and how much. Also please provide links .

If the Gold exceeds or is equivalent to 85 grams is also 2.5%.....

It was conditional but you dont seem stick to the conditions. If you cary on it will void and unenforceable by law
