Horta why do Somalis love to shiir (have meetings). They meet regarding any isssue, in a nicley furnitured room, with tea poured in abundance etc. But never does any break through come in these meeting. Every party refuses to negotiate.

Somali's don't like negotiating, they just like being begged and feeling important.
Somali negotion is give me everything and go home, I'm not gonna give anything up. Kills the whole purpose of the negotiation.

AHAHHAHAHAHA, i was just watching universal TV and guess what. They were commentating on a bunch of old men who where 'negotiating'. No result, typical.
