Without religion, where would you turn to when things get hard, when you think you just can't take it anymore, all doors look closed, when you feel helpless and lost? You turn to Allah swt. The world would be better off without ignorance and self-righteousness. As long as we have compassion for people irrespective of their religious beliefs and as long as we dont act superior to them in any way or seek to convert them..then i dont see any problems occuring. We have to go back to The Source that should unite us, since we all believe in the Same God. If we also learnt about our diverging beliefs and discussed them and also if we celebrated our points of convergence and left all judgement to God alone..that would help the situation a great deal.

Most of the wars of recent times are not because of religion but because of politics. People fight over many other things besides religion, e.g power, control, water, borders. It's a big fish eat little fish world out there..wake up brother!
