You see how everybody comes & leave Somalia anytime they want?
Walahi this government is lame and don't know what is going on in Somali soil or waters!
Atleast Mahakiimta were in full control! when TFG are obsess with Hawiye or Sheikhs --Foriegn soldiers from any country are coming in arresting who they want, taking what they want and leaving.
