But seriously, 87kg is pretty big already and also those supps you mentioned above are crap, cell tech is just sugar and creatine. Just drink a regular protein shake like optimum 100% whey and ur fine.

As for steriods, take them, if you want liver, kidney, respiratory and digestive problems.
