Its not what you think.

Over here in the uk you will be surprised what they call gangsters and dangerous men.

This is a place where couple of 12 year old kids, can be labeled a gang if they stop for a scond to tie their shoe laces.

Small time drug dealer. I cringe whenever I see somebody getting in trouble with small time drugs. Either do it Big or get a fcking job man
