I don't care so much about hijacking the ships of illegal fishers, but if an aid agency donating food was hijacked I would have no problems having the pirates executed.

The same goes for mooryaan who attempt to get bribes from aid agencies or extort money from them in roadblocks. I would do this b/c they are effectively killing people by impeding the flow of food.

I wonder why pirates operate in Puntland and add to the continued perception of somalia as a lawless and failed state in the international community? the so called President of TFG is former president of puntland and their fellow daarood ..why would they sabotage him and add to the chaotic image of somalia? for the love of $$
