Apparently he will spill the beans under oath in front of the Judiciary commitee...

What I keep wondering is what happened to that academic type who went on national TV claiming there was no WMD, just before we went into Iraq. At some point some media outfit is also going to give him a bulley pulpit; I intend to enjoy that!

I don't remember the guy's name.

He had been part of some inspection team that had been to Iraq. He stated flat out on several occassions that Bush had no excuse to invade. I believe he was in intelligence and had done some intensive researach. They shut him up and he disappeared.

Grant & jr are really TV news junkies aren't they?? I still maintain u two are the same person. But for the sake of arguements, lets pretend, you are separate people.



Jr ,Yes, i saw McClellan's bush exposee book. I have not read it, nor do i plan to read it. I wanted to size him up first, i wanted to see him live on TV and see what he is about before rushing to read his book. Yippe--- the chance came when he appeared on Today show with Matt lauer and Meredith. Meredith was a bit soft with him,as expected of course.I dont know why Today show have not fired her yet. In my opinion, no one can top Katie curic, former Today anchor power woman, who later interviews him in her evening cbs news. Anyway, not to digress from my point- McClellan strikes me as a redundant idealist who is trying to 'cash in' the change band wagon.Watching him i couldn't help but feel disgust mixed with pity. I expected him to come out directly & blame Bush for the iraq war blunder.Or at least offer first hand dirt and exposee! I will at least pick it up in Barnes and nobles and read the chapter where he talks about Condi rice. There is something interesting he said about her than i cannot get into now. However, He never clearly state Bush is the bad guy, instead he picks an abstract bad guy called 'the Washington". Pretty convenient dont you think so??Oh sure blame ' Washington' for corrupting his hero, Mr Bush, also he had the audacity to hint that he may vote for Obama because -Obama has promised to 'change' Washington.McClellan is an opportunist no doubt. He wants to sell book, and right now the fashion word is 'change'! Hey it worked for Obama, why not him, right?He sits there with his Boyish idealistic plumb look, soft spoken speech, and ever sheepish looking retardation.He also had the temerity to look at the camera and say- " I dont question the president's sincerity or authenticity"! Really? Me too, i agree...Bush is the most authentic person in the political arena, he is authentically & openly DUMB.-- more authentic than Obama if you ask me. Sincerity is too big a concept to rush and attach Bush with tho, -- but i would say- he is closer than Obama, Hillary and mccaine combined. Ok scratch that-- mccaine is more sincere than all above.

Anyway, to my point? Bottom line is- this book is about nothing short of an idealistic idiot dreams of - trying to escape guilt by association trap, invest in his retirement account and ultimately ....delude himself by convinsing himself , he did the 'right' thing. Well, McClellan ---sure you did the right thing-- --- u go fat boy---now just shut the F' up, and go wait for your 'accidental' death. oooops, right?


I thought the interview with Katie couric was the best of all. They showed a clip of Bush--telling McClellan on his last day on the job, in front of a press conference, that one day when they are old-- going fishing, they will talk about their days in the White house. Katie looked at him-- and asked...


"McClellan .....Do you Envision that ever happening???? "
