Liqaaye, i don't know where you heard this news from but if it's true then the outcome would be as follows.

Given the fact that Somaliland uses the chaos of the South as one major factor that contributes to their decision to become independent, why would they want Peace keepers to have a base on their soil?
This action clearly highlights the dead end they have come face to face with and any hopes of becoming independent have been thrown out of the window.
The administration have finally given up but when would they tell the people the truth in the same way as they haven't told them the truth about recognition being virtually impossible.
