It happened in Beled Xawo and these sort of things happen often all over Somalia saaxib. Moryaans kill innocent bystanders all the time and the family of the murdered person sometimes goes after them and sometimes they forgive. It has nothing to do with qabiil. If your family member was killed, I am not saying you would go out and kill the dude and disobey Maxakamadaha but I am sure you would probably not be happy with the ruling of the court. Thats exactly what I'm saying dude. Its like if I was in Somalia and someone killed my family member. If the maxkamado said I have to accept blood money I'd probably be like fock u, and go shoot the guy myself if I could or maybe someone else in my family would. This had nothing to do with clan.
