More like xoolo xoolo dul saaran/fuushen.

Metaphorically speaking I suppose it would mean more like xoolo xoolo dhaley. Lakinse we can agree on xoolo xoolo dul saaran/fuushen if you want to get literal...yacni.

eritrea are not looking for a full on war with djibouti.

they want to create a distraction in the pace talks.
this will means that ethiopian troops will remian in somalia.
ethiopian troops remaining in somalia means ethiopian economy will suffer
ethiopia wastes resources on the war in somalia
this means weakenin of ethiopian economy and inhouse fightin
eritrea get stronger while ethiopia get weaker

ethiopias instability = eritreas gain

so when its time for thier next border war eritrea will win
Actually there is an error in the analysis, Washington pays for the low-cost operation of the Ethiopians. But eventually the Ethiopians pay it with their lives, already 3-4000 soldiers have died on their side. And eventually, they will see Somalis at their gates, because this Ethiopian invasion and occupation is not just a saga which can be forgotten.

I have to agree with ina dabadhilif on this one.

There are lots of disulision hawiye scratching their heads counting on eretrea to act as a jump-lead to restart their dying heart beat.

If it wasnt so focking sad, it would have been hilarious to see hawiye oo soo dhaweysanaya Eretreans and calling them brothers while at the same time cussing and hating on a whole clan because of one man..CY.

CY is like the boogi man of hawiye. The mere sight of the man on a screen can easily cause a riot even in a mosqu. Their heart beat hit the roof, their blood pressure goes sky hight and the dark ones actualy turne BLUE!

Which will eventualy lead to Ethiopias withdrawal from all somali territories..

And quite frankly thats not in the interest of Eritrea..so since Djabouti is helping with this peace deal
They wanna hijack the whole thing and create a new chaos in the horn though very desperate .

What do you think??
Dead ON.
Even if you see the dates of major movement by Eritrea, it coincides with the mood and atmosphere of negotiations in Djibouti.
I will add two more reasons from the past which have really hurt and wounded Isayas.

1. Assab is now a port that has only rusted steel. Nothing of the port facility can be used, all rusted. Djibouti on the other hand will soon be competing with ports of developed countries. That is smart play by Djibouti. Isayas has no chance to pressure Ethiopia by the ports. He has two international standard ports from the past simply rusting in ruins.

2. Both Isayas and Djibouti went on sales mission to US to win the American base. Isayas even offered the Americans to use Assab for free and no restrictions. The US took Djibouti with restrictions and also expensive.
Meles at the time had made a statement that any one who uses Assab is a security threat to Ethiopia, because Eritrea and Ethiopia are in a state of war. Ethiopia has to help in securing the base from the ground, there fore is importnat.

Isayas has been humiliated by Djibouti without a single bullet.

And now to add insult to injury, when Isayas thought he has the Opposition organized united to keep Ethiopia engaged for ever, here comes Djibouti and gets all Isayas hopes dashed.

Djibouti:

1. Source of every airstrike against Somalia since 1993 when US AC-130 gunships flew from Djibouti

2. Hosts the NATO/US Operations center for operations against Somalia

3. No. 1 supply route for Ethiopian arms imports to be used against freedom fighters in Somali Galbeed & Somalia

Djibouti => Enemy of the Somali Republic & Somali Galbeed

AW, the word "dissed" xaggay ka timid miyaad garanaysa, waad iska isticmaasha e ?
Waa ebonics weeye . Dhagaxda intaaso qarni adoon cadaankan u aha , ee damiirkii laga dilay , niyaddi laga jabshay , lagu shaqaystay , laguna ciyaaray ayaa soo saaray kalmadaa.
"DISrespect "ayay ka timid kalmadaasi.
Haddaba anigu nin Isaaq ah baan ahay , Ilaahay ka baqa , umaadiisa na jecel 8)
The most DISRESPECTFUL attitude I could show here would be to utter the never ending nonsense , some call kaftan here, @ my mother's very honorable people .

Markaa aniga cidna i ma DISS-garayn karto , nasabnimo waa loo dhasha .

Idinku se , xaarkan aad habeen iyo dharaar halkan is marinaysan , maxay idinka ka tahay ?
Wax dhoobada marsada hore loo arag oo Gambellada Ethiopia degta aya lagu arkay , laakin xaar way inagu cusb tahay taasi , somali na ku maynaan ogayn

Oh Eriteria's interest? Oohh Ethiopia wants to keep its eastern lands? Come on guys! You guys are out of the country now. There is no Hawiye, Dir or Darood here we are all somalis. For better or worse we are suffering everywhere. We are being played of each other. Where is the new Somali Youth League that will lift the people from the jaws of almost extinct fellas like C/laahi Yusuf and his xabasha brothers. Who is going to stop this talibaan reincarnation, this fools who think a somali woman can not travel on her on to another city!

Come on guys! wake up! BARAAROGA!
