U GOTTA MOVE DA HOLD BUTTON FROM SIDE TO SIDE...IT RESETS IT OR SUMINK LIKE DAT..

u shuld let it charge n if da aint working u shuld reset it slide 2 hold n turn it off

Hold the middel button and 'menu' button for few seconds...it should restart!!

I got tired of trying everything when my one froze..then called Apple..they told me and it worked!!

1. click the hold button to on then off
2. hold the center button and menu button at the sametime until it reboots.
