assalamu a'leykum, a simple advice by the shiekh muhammed salih ibn al utheymeen (rahimahuallah).

1. Al-Annaanah: The woman who whines, moans and complains and ties a band around her head all the time (i.e complains of a headache or some illness but in reality she is not sick, rather she is faking).

2. Al-Mannaanah: The woman who bestows favors, gifts, etc. upon her husband then (at that time or the future) says; "I did such and such for you or on your behalf or because of you.

3. Al-Hannaanah: The women who yearns or craves for her former husband or children of the former husband.

4. Kay'atul-Qafaa: lit. has a brand mark on the nape of her neck (i.e. has a bad reputation or doubts about her).

5. Al-Haddaaqah: The women who lit. cast her eyes at things (i.e. always looking at something to purchase, then desires it and requires her husband to buy it (No Matter What).

6. Al-Barraaqah: The women who spends much of her day enhancing her face and beautifying it to such an extent that it will seem like it was manufactured.

7. Al-Shaddaaqah: The woman who talks excessively.

that is a great advive but the only problem is you dont know before the marriage.
every one is so nice and try to hide it before marriage, men and women.

I'm not attacking the writer but the poster and his agenda when he posted this..he is always on somali females cases judging by all his threads he posted before.The sheekh maybe he is right but it's unreal when it comes to the realty when pple hardly know eachother before they get married ..just allah knows wuxu ilaay kugu soo hagaajinayo.

You are right Ayeeyo and I doubt the Sheekh's advise was meant to be followed before a man knows these negative characteristics about the woman. There is no way a man can know everything about a woman before he gets married to her. Just in case this information is available to someone though, they can utilize it to avoid future problems. That is what the sheekh seems to be saying.

Fisabililah--brother.. Theres one type I can not understand, would you care to explain?
Firstly, The Al Hannaanah.. If she craves for her children of her former husband, what is wrong with that? As long as she isnt craving him! These are her children, a part of her.. if she neglected them, then she would be held accountable. If the children are no longer with her but with her former husband, then she has ever reason to long for them, a mother who has absent children has serious emotional attachments.


Ohh and guys, for those of you using the lame line that you can not possibly know all this about your future wife..you can not be more wrong. These are merely basics. Ofcourse you can tell these things from the first meetings!!

ta 7en in arabic means the one always say: before i married you i was such and such, my father was such and such
i was more beautiful wad i duleysay bla bla.lol
also the man called al7anaan who always see their past and never appreciete with them have now.
