Some country needs to make a law where it's illegal to be a British or American expatriate, I would move there in a heartbeat

Rebel why are you surprised? its an offense to have sex in public even in western countries. Why shouldnt they be charged and punished for it too? they did receive a caution in the beginning.

I'm surprised because it's dubai, any other middle east country and it would be different. Dubai is the las vegas of the middle east, anything goes.

But I agree they should be charged, some cadaans have no respect for the country they visit.
