It depends on the hadith and we should not be accepting hadiths with weak 'chain of transmitters', and sometimes hadiths can be interpreted different ways. We should not accept anything because someone said so, the intentions of those bringing the hadiths is also important.

Walal I was talking about sound Hadiths with strong chains of narraration and i wasn't talking about fiqh, and the judicial implications of the hadith. Thats a seperate matter. I was talking about strong hadiths, sound hadiths (Saxix, Xassan, Mutawatir etc.).
