Anarchy and Maakhir plans desalination plant for Sanaag.
Joint venture with Maakhir authorities and the Maakhir diaspora to build the first small scale desalination plant in the port town of LQ. Few reer garaads and reer fataaxs have put the project together. Next updates when blueprints are released on LQnet and the site for Warsangelis to get involved in contributing.
