Neocon, he is secret CIA agent and his aim is to sow discord in the community and debauch their loyalty to Somali nationalism. He will even try to carve up another land out of Nogal in which the Dubays live.

Think deeply of this historic statement:
The Political Resident,(Aden government) it is said, seized three vessels belonging to the Warsingali, who had captured one of the ships belonging to their enemies; the former had command of the sea, but since that event they have been reduced to a secondary rank. This grievance appears to be based on solid grounds.

For far too long, they have been destablizing Somalis.

I'm not sure about the secret CIA agent but the kid is up to dicing Warsangeli lands and giving them to the lands, PL/SL/SSC(Northland). Unlike the SSC we are not a disinfranchised community laying claims outside Sanaag.

Also this Dahl kid has spear headed a campaign against Warsangeli with his fallacious maps used for propaganda. Not only Nugaal but Western Bari, which he has pin pointed villages on the border of the imaginary Somali province of Sanaag which doesnt correlate with Maakhir. He's an enemy of Maakhir and is here to propagate his imaginary divison among Maakhirians (Sanaag, Northern Sool, Western Bari).

I assume it's rather hot, I've never been there personally. One day I'll go though, I'd like to take a look at the ruins outside Hadaftimo and see if the writing there really is south arabian or not.

Maakhir (not the state) is rich with archeo sites, from contemporary castles to ancient ruins in Damale Xagare. It would be interesting if the Warsangelis had a proto-semetic language and script similar to the south arabian prior to Somali.

Oh the ruins are older than Mohamud Harti, probably older than Samaale. If it is South Arabian then that would imply a Himyari or Hadhramauti connection, or maybe even older, dating to the first Qahtani expeditions across the Gulf of Aden that took place 4500 years ago.

I have found references of Himyar establishing a presence of some kind across the Gulf of Aden starting about 2000 years ago, which were conquered by the Axumite kings roughly 1700 years ago, though whether this was just trade relations or a vassal kingdom or even part of Himyar noone knows.
