Ismaacil Carre is high tier saaxib, Muuse Ismaacil, Sacad Yoonis, Muuse Cabdalle, Reer Caynaashe, Reer Xuseen, etc are all Ismaacil Carre.

Founders of Burco are Reer Xuseen Xildiid also known as Xuseen Jaar. They are the closest to Reer Caynaashe who are Reer Cismaan Xildiid.

Ismaciil Carre is more numerous, not more high tier.
Muuse Carre has just as many leaders as the other HY even though they are less numerous.
a prime example being the first SL president and SNM leader.
I think the most numerous in Burco are either reer Cawl or Muuse Cabdalle, inta kale aad sheegtay waa reer galbeed or reer bari.

Muuse Carre are the politicans of HY (ina Tuur-RH, Gaboose) , no doubt. But I am not talking about numbers or political influence. I am talking about tiers. For instance, I am Reer Kooshin->Reer Ugaas Diini->Reer Ugaas Faarax but I do not use Reer Khalaf Xuseen or Isaxaaq Gaalshireedle because they only serve as tiers.

Burco is diverse which I like, meaning you can find everyone there but since I am only concerned about history, the actual founders (meaning those who dug the wells) were Reer Xuseen Jaar.

Even before Tuur or Gaboose we have had just as many leaders, politicians, poets etc.
Muuse Carre and Ismaciil Carre's descendants count the same amount to Isaaq, only difference is that Ismaciil's descendants are more numerous, I agree they would hold more political influence if they were united but they are not.
HY is divided greatly these days when it comes to politics.

Samatar, there is not a single clan that is united in Somalia.

When it comes to politics in Somalia, qabiil is always a factor
whether we like to it admit it or not is a different story

That is correct unless one switches its allegiance to Islaam.

Qabiil is not necessarily a problem unless once fanatically clinges on it and makes it the deciding factor in all his affairs.

Abu Bakar as-Siddiq (RA) was an expert in clans and lineage information and people used to go to him for any lineage information.

Truthfully, Islaam is the solution in Somalia and I am not talking about these Clan-Islaam mixes that some of the groups in Somalia are proclaiming. I am talking allegiance to the unadulterated truth of Islaam.

Allaah (SWT) says in the Quraan, whatever of good reaches you is from Allaah and what ever is evil is from your own hands (meaning your sins).

Allaah (SWT) also says:
"Verily, Allaah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves"

Somaalidu waxa ku yar dadka diinta si fiican u yaqqana and this is troublesome, hence I have given up on Somali politics and not follow it except local news.
