Well wada u know.....I made that today for ayeeyo...first time... and it turned out fantastic alxamdulilah :up:

Just cut some hilib into little pieces and fry it....mix some qutrad with it as well if u like...mmm macaaan :)

Personally this is how I make suqaar, before you start with anything you need, saliid preferably olive oil, milix misa maagi, "I prefer maagi' it tastes better, xawaaji, basbas, basal, toon, kabsar, barbarooni, or watever else you'd like....saliida dabka saar, when it heats, basal ku dar, basasha iyo saliida isku walaaq, now add everything else except the suqaar, a few minutes isku walaaq, ka dibna ku dar suqaarka, dabkana ugaabi, markasto dhadami cusbada and stir occasionally, let it simmer until it's ready.

All these sound like a recipe for poison. Waraa hadhegysan dadkaan yadan dhiman.

Anaa kusoo diri qoftoo kukarisa (only on the weekends)
