Why Is Al Shabaab Actions never Questioned by their supporters

Al Shabaab has made threats against the airport, attacked it regardless of cost and when they were attacked used the civilians as human shields. i agree that the actions of al-shabaab should be reveiwed and questioned but the tfg if i can call them that are worst than al-shabaab.
