Puntland's government is robbing us too, you don't want to know how many millions have been pocketed and invested by these scumbags into Dubai real estate or how many millions go to Abdullahi Yusuf for his political campaign.

The run way is FLATTENED



It used to be very ROCKY and DANGEROUS

Only paving left..

Cost to flatten it like that is 2 million dollars.

The asphalt alone costs 9 million dollars according to the engineer that worked there I spoke with.

I guess we saw the reality on the ground, i like what you wrote and i 110% agree with you... our people are uneducated and all Jaahilin wallahi....

I use to watch this Channel of ETV owned by Ethiopia and Eri Tv wallahi everyday they use to talk about the Progress they have made with their country, we are sooooo behind the poorest states in africa, God Bless somalia and somalis.....

Cadan iskaba dhaaf, even Rayan Airport, a small tuulo in Yemen had a better airport than Gaalkacyo. Our leadership failed, but I'm proud of my people in Puntland for building what they have built, and I'm also proud of the Somalilanders for giving the rest the hope that big things are possible. I don't have the right to look down on the achievement of my people there, when it was the leadership that failed. Hargeisa and Bossasso are success stories, don't forget that. They came through, even with all odds against. They really show what the people, not the leadership of Somalia can accomplish.

I don't believe in Puntland either, but since I'm in the west, I can only give respect to the people who are still struggling over there and making things happen.

Liaqaay I have been saying for a long time, we need to look after our own interest and somaliland is not in our interest. Its in our interest to have a united somalia. Economically we would benefit from a cordial relationship with the whole of somalia, and military wise it would ease the tension, Walahi when Silanyo loses we should throw in the towel.
