One can only do such a thing if he or she is allowed. The damn woman could have spoken up 49 yrs ago, or the children could have any any point. They all allowed this to happen and have only themselves to blame.

I am sure he loved her so much that He was keeping her out of the suffering of this world. He did it out of love.
