I thought the ICU's army was Al-Shabaab. It has now a new army? If so, who's leading it?

No, they are the not the same. The ICU munafiqiin opened a fire on a passing Al-shabab technical sparking a bloody gunfire. The ICU run all the way to Afgooye and the city is on the hands of Al-shabab
