In a comprehensive peace deal, The TFG and ICU forces should be merged and form the somali army and police....with strong islamic displine. Those who chew khat or don't pray will get the sack.
The Quran and sunnah should be the constitution of the state.
Al-shabab will become hay'ad madax banaan oo u qabilsan hergelinta shareecada diinta islamka(shareeca enforcement agency).
We will have a national Imam who is the highest authority in the land...to make sure shareeca is followed.
We will have a president who looks after national interests....answering to the imam.
A prime minister who looks after the government interest answering to the president.

And their will be nabad iyo caano for ever and ever and ever.................. Amin
