That movement cannot be defeated. And because the West has failed to defeat that movement, you're left with 2 choices:

1. Join that movement so you can live in Somalia.
2. Forget about Somalia and live in exile indefinitely.

Quran does prescribe the 5 fard salat and what times to perform them, so those who say otherwise I'd advise them to slow down before making such statements. However the order given in Quran is backed by hadith as far as how many rakat, how to make wudu and other details concerning prayer, and other day to day responsibilities.
