Emeprior, how come the Jaberti have only 10 kursi and the 135,000 Gudabirse have 13? I am sure the Dhulbahante and Warsengeli are not less than 135,000 unless this is not shared based on population or your population count of the Gudabirse is way off as I have suspected from the getgo.

It is more egalitarian! just admit it.."the ruling tribe" you describe has gadabursi minority as president, he is president because the constitution was upheld when the president from the "ruling tribe" died, and furthermore he was re-elected by the "ruling tribe" by a slim margin and a rival presidential candidate from "the ruling tribe" conceded defeat in 2003 by that tenuous margin.

well qansagabayle as you know me anigu dadka ma xaqiiro but the dhulbahantes and wersangalys never voted for our referendum in 2001 for Somaliland independence we don't have there cod yet we had a few villages. now in lascanood we did some voter registration they turned out to be 70.000 in lascanood. And the other areas they didn't go because it was not save. so when we get the right voter registration don of eastern sanaag and eastern sool we can change the number of the jebertis in the Somaliland parliament and add a few more kursis..
