Perfect, this shows the difference between Somali foreigners (refugees) and the struggling locals. Locals are skinny, malnourished, and have insufficient rations and plus Hargeysa has a water issues on Top of that. Some survive on green leaves, they running after the camera to get few coins for it. Sad!
I just feel sorry for Somalis; the whole world is coming together and Somalis are completely opposite to that.
