It is my philosophy that self-adulation is an innate characteristic of the deranged. I therefore declare you hopelessly lost in your mentally psychotic state. I hope that helps in shedding light on the many problems, which I'm sure you've been confused and totally befuddled about, derived from such a psychosis. mmmua

I guess in some way its a subconscious mechanism which has become a habit of mine where I downgrade myself. In every aspect whether its looks, health, clothes, anything you name it.
This way, I never feel disappointed. If ever I fail anything, I say "Oh well, I'm not worth much anyways" so inside I don't get mad.
This method has helped me become very humbled and appreciate the little things in life. Anything more, well thats just a blessing.
