I read the budgets of Somaliland and Puntland and 90% of it comes from the UNDP. Even the salaries of the employees of these two states are paid by the UNDP. My question is, the whole nation of Somalia is a beggar nation even the ones back home. I used to think that the ones back home have some dignity left in remaining their homeland but I just realized that beggar is a beggar regardless of his/her whereabouts!!!!

Guhad,

Somalia has been a beggar state since the 1970s. What other nation on earth had a Ministry of Refugees and it was the most wealthiest of all of them ?
