although allah can bestow Mercy on his pple anytime, I don't see any peaceful somalia in another twenty years realistically. It only takes 2 people to disagree on something for the whole country to be in a blaze. the boys that are now fighting in somalia were born during the war and they never saw any peace. so to them they just can't stop fighting and killing shit.

I gues we would have to make the countries that we live our permanent homes and die in it. Who would want to have a rocket land on his wife and children while in a sleep?

I am afraid I have to agree with MP on this one. I had high hopes for the currently established govt led by the Sharif, but when the fighting of today killed a minimum of 14 individuals, it indicates we are still doing what we know best (killing)

Right now, the public supports the Shiekh, his enemies are weak, they rejected calls for peace, and the public will support any war against these kwariji groups. The longer this persists, the more disillusioned people will grow on this whole peace project, the Kwariji groups will grow stronger and soon there won't be any hope.
