How would you deal with this kind of Person

A somali man( kind of sheikh) has been in my department for a year now. Some of the employees caught some bad parts that he made today and reported to me. I went to ask him how the bad parts went through to find out incase he needed some more training and The Dude exploded with anger. He accussed me of trying to Make other employees put some bad parts in his parts so that I can fire him. He also said I am secrectly hunting him down and looking for any reason to do it. I asked him if I have ever done anything to him or said anything to him but He said He can read minds and can assess reaction. He told me would quit the job for me if I don't stop it. I was so terrified because I don't remember ever thinking about doing anything to him. He said he doesn't have to see anything or hear anything but he could tell that I am hunting to fire him. He was so emotional and angry. I tried to reason with him and it all came down to the fact that all his angers were based on Imaginations and assumptions and there is no one single touchable fact or evidence. I told me I said something to a maintanance guy 6 months ago that He spoil a machine. I don't even remember what happen yesterday as busy as I am.

How would you deal with such like person?

should just ignore him as I cannot be responsible for his imaginations or assumptions or keep talking to him.

just do what he is asking you to do; leave him alone. try to work some other part of the place if you can too so that he doesnt sense you and doesnt have any imagination about you. and personally, try to go back to school
