we`re nomads and i dont think it`s easy for us to be second generation in any given city/country.
my grand father was immigerate to somalia from harar, now my father is an immigiate again, im first generation and probably i'll have my kids in another country, inshllah.

It is true we are nomads but I don't think there is any country that offers better opportunities than the United States at the moment so Somalis are not going anywhere from here. I expect to see more Somali Europeans and Canadians relocate to the U.S in the near future.

Most Euro-Somalis go to Africa and Arabia for business, and partly relocate there. I don't see them going to America.
