Would Snet be held liable if an underage/vulnerable adult was in any way abused by one of the members on here? I know you give a warning when joining and you do ask for the date of birth BUT if it were to happen, would you/they be held liable?

No way. The site shouldnt be held liable for that. I mean they can delete the posts and what-not...but be liable for it. I dont think so.

i dont know what age to do with what we see in somalinet!
you can see people who are relatively young like me and fah and other who are repectful
and see others who are a lot older act like crazy underage kids.

how exactly would you be able to determine the age of someone over the net? like hyper said there are people on snet who are old yet behave like immature, spoilt little brats.

You are right youngster. Some people grow physically but not mentally. Wallahi some times what I read on here makes me question the age of the character that wrote it

you have to be 13 years or older to sign up so yes there is an age requirement.
