Puntland Needs Accountability Office

It is about time someone sets up an accountability office. The parliament and the guys need to be watched that their actually doing the job they were elected for.
For example taipai financial news has reported that their billions of barrells of oil in puntland.

I know africa oil company said they completed the seisemic studies of the area to be drilled and the production of oil will begin by end of year. The question is who is going to monitor the government doesn't pocket the money? that's why i think their needs to be some sort of corruption watchdog, who watches the government and makes sure that every cent is accountable and put in the right places to advance the peoples life.
