How do you contact Al-Shabaab?

I was told recently to get into contact with them and negotiate our farms back.

Do I talk directly to the city of Kismayo administrative office or what?

I used to. Now I don't know who they are. Covering their faces, not revealing their leader (Abu Zubeyr) and all that other shit. I just simply don't know enough about them to support them anymore.

There are no ilkayars in jamame. The only reason i'm looking for their kismayo office # is because there are no phones in jamame.
